It’s hard to find balance when we’ve never been given the tools or support to heal unresolved trauma or the emotions we’ve tucked away from childhood or the past.

My fascination with the human mind led me to complete a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, but I soon realised that traditional psychology often forgets the soul.
So I expanded my path.
I studied holistic healing and energy work, blending mind, body, and soul into one compassionate approach.
